Room Temperature PL spectra of the Cd0.4Zn0.6S:Ag nanocrystals recorded at 350 nm excitation wavelength. Concentration of Ag ion (0, 2, 4, 8, 12, 15 M %) significantly affects the intensity ratio of defect related transition and dopant related transition.
