From: Nonstoichiometric Titanium Oxides via Pulsed Laser Ablation in Water
XRD patterns (CuKα) of partially crystallized titanium oxide nanocondensates: a sample 4 with predominant rutile and amorphous phase besides minor Ti5O9, b sample 1 with nonstoichiometric TiO, Ti2O3, Ti5O9, and rutile besides the amorphous phase. The broad diffraction maximums below 30° and above 50° in 2θ are due to glass substrate and amorphous phase, respectively
