  1. Optico-biosensoric experiments were performed using a Biacore 3000 device. Approximately 400 RU of Ad were covalently immobilized on a carboxymethylated dextran matrix. Subsequently, different concentrations of CYP11A1 were passed over the flow cell. K D values were determined using the 1:1 binding mechanism available in the Biacore evaluation software 4.1
