Morphology and composition characterizations of LiNbO 3 nanorods. SEM images (a, b) and XRD pattern (c) of LiNbO3 nanorods obtained through calcination of Nb2O5 nanorod precursors and LiOH at 500°C for 4 h. All the peaks in Figure 8c totally overlap with those of the rhombohedral LiNbO3 (JCPDS no. 20-0631), and no evidence of impurities was detected.
