Effect of silica particles on the RANKL-induced osteoclast differentiation in RAW264.7 cells (TRAP staining). RAW264.7 cells were incubated with 10 μg/ml silica particles and 30 ng/ml RANKL for 5 days. Osteoclast genesis was confirmed by TRAP staining.
