T 2 *-weighted MR imaging (A) and the corresponding T 2 * relaxation rates (1/T 2 *) (B, C) of RAW267.4 cell incubated with SHU555A or the MNCs with average size of 63 nm at different concentrations for 1 h or at the concentration of 10 μg/mL for different periods of time. For relaxation time measurements, 1 × 105 labeled cells were suspended in gelatin (2%, 500 μL) in plastic vials homogenously.
