The system is confined in a cylindrical quantum dot with a radius of 10 nm and a height of 15 nm with x Al 1 =0.1 and x Al 2 =0.33. The electron probability densities along the axial direction are shown for both the ground (black lines) and first-excited (red lines) states, and only the ground hole state is shown.
