(A) After 6, 24, and 72 h, the plasma levels of hemopexin in the mice were determined by ELISA. (B) BALB/c mice were treated intravenously with 0.05, 0.2, or 0.8 mg/mouse nSP70. After 24 h, blood samples were collected. The plasma levels of hemopexin in treated mice were determined by ELISA.
