Absorption and PL spectra of CdTe 0.5 Se 0.5 cores and CdTe 0.5 Se 0.5 /Cd 0.5 Zn 0.5 S core/shell QDs shown in Table2. (a) Sample 1 (CdTe0.5Se0.5 cores), (b) sample 2 (CdTe0.5Se0.5/Cd0.5Zn0.5S Core/shell QDs), (c) sample 3 (CdTe0.5Se0.5/Cd0.5Zn0.5S core/shell QDs), and (d) sample 4 (CdTe0.5Se0.5/Cd0.5Zn0.5S Core/shell QDs). Samples 2 and 4 were prepared by using samples 1 and 3, respectively.
