The glass slide was ion-exchanged in the bath containing 5 wt.% of AgNO3 and 85 wt.% of NaNO3 at 325°C for 20 min, poled for 10 s at 300°C using 500 V and, finally, 3 min processed in hydrogen at 315°C.
