AgNP- and AgPyNP-induced cytotoxicity in RAW264.7 cells was analysed using MTT assay. Cells were treated with different concentrations of AgNP and AgPyNP for 24 h. The values represent the mean of at least three independent experiments normalized to untreated controls. Error bars represent the standard deviations of three independent experiments. Student’s t-test was used to determine the statistical significance: **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001. Presented data were combined from at least three experiments.
