The value of (I 0 − I)/I 0 modulated by IgG and BSA in 0.01 mol/L KCl solution. The temperatures in feed cell and permeation cell are controlled at 45°C or 22°C, respectively. (I 0 − I)/I 0 is defined as the relative variance ratio reflected the modulated current changing tendency, where I 0 and I stand for the ionic current without and with IgG molecules modulation.
