FTIR spectra of GO nanosheets and ZHS/GO nanohybrids, in which the weaker peaks of oxygen-containing functional groups, the new peaks of SnO and ZnO stretching, and the disappeared characteristic peak indicate that ZHS nanoparticles are successfully loaded on the large surface of GO during the electrostatic assembly process thereby affording ZHS/GO nanohybrids
