In vitro release profiles of TET released from a TET solution and from TET-LCNPs (n = 3). In vitro drug release was evaluated using the dynamic dialysis bag method. Two milliliters of each of TET solution and the TET-loaded LCNP formulation was loaded separately into the dialysis bags. The dialysis bags were then immersed in 70 mL of freshly prepared phosphate-buffered saline (PBS, pH 6.0) at 35 °C. The magnetic stirring speed was 200 rpm
