Effects of C₆₀-P on acquired immune response to ovalbumin (OVA) in vivo. C57BL/6 mice were treated weekly with OVA alone (10 μg/mouse) or with a mixture of C₆₀-P at varying dose rates and OVA by intraperitoneal injection. Seven days after the last treatment, spleens and plasma were collected. a Levels of OVA-specific IgG1 and IgE in the plasma were evaluated by ELISA. b Splenocytes were re-stimulated with OVA (100 μg mL).
