However, all parameters tested were unaffected by topically applied CMS when compared to vehicle-treated controls. i–m Quantification of epidermal thickness corrected for the untreated, contralateral skin, infiltrating mast cells, CD3+ T lymphocytes, and eosinophils revealed no impact of CMS-ICC on healthy skin or the atopic dermatitis model.
