V cc is the voltage drop across the detector. Focusing peaks are well defined with a positive magnetic field, and the signal is negligible with a negative magnetic field. The first peak shows pronounced splitting. The two sub-peaks have been highlighted as peak I and peak II. The inset shows an SEM image of the device. The separation between the injector and detector is 1.5 μm. Red squares form the Ohmic contacts whereas two pairs of grey-coloured gates, left and top, form the injector and detector, respectively.
