TiO2 and ZrO2 NP-induced cell viability decrease in 3T3-E1 cells. 3T3-E1 cells were treated with TiO2 (a) and ZrO2 (b) NPs at concentrations of 0, 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, and 150 μg/mL for 24 and 48 h, and then the cell viability was detected via the CCK-8 assay. Meanwhile, the cell viability changes were detected after NAC treatment, which could eliminate intracellular ROS.
