Narrow-wavelength PL decays. a Luminescence decays for the small SiNCs at specific emission wavelengths (3 nm FWHM) ranging from 575 to 875 nm, in 25-nm intervals. The data were fit with Eqs. 5 and 9, which yielded a nearly single exponential fit. b Luminescence decays at specific emission wavelengths ranging from 625 to 1000 nm for the large SiNCs measured and fitted under the same conditions. The resulting time constants for the small and the large SiNCs are given in Table 1
