a In vivo antitumor efficacy of FNQ-MSN in HNSCC xenograft model. The mice bearing HNSCC tumors were treated with 5-FU, ß-lap, 5-FU+ß-lap and FNQ-MSN at a fixed dose of 5 mg/kg of 5-FU and 10 mg/kg of ß-lap intravenously for 3 times.
