Detection of the capability of Si QD micelles-CKAP4 targeting to A549 tissue in vitro. a A549 tissue and normal lung tissue were cultured with Si QD micelles-CKAP4 and Si QD micelles (the concentration of Si: 150 µg/ml) at 37 ℃ for 2 h. After washing twice, tissues were stained with DAPI to visualize nucleus.
