LSPR peak redshift in the sera of truly patients and control subjects. Upon the interaction between antibodies, which presented in the sera of infected individuals, a redshift took place that was significantly different when compared to controls. Furthermore, the figure demonstrates the SD and 2SD values that are precious for the definition of the cutoff point. The experiments were done in triplicates for each sample. P value < 0.05 was considered significant
