Room temperature photoluminescence, integrating emissions over a wide area, combining results of two measurements: One, with Ar laser pumping and InGaAs detector for the infrared range, and another using He–Cd laser pumping and Si detector for the visible range. It shows week emission centered at 0.78 eV and even weaker emission peak centered at 1.9 eV
