From: Synthesis and Magnetic Characterization of Metal-filled Double-sided Porous Silicon Samples
SEM-image gained from the back scattered electrons shows the cross section of the two porous layers of a double-sided sample. One side is filled with Ni, the other one with Co. The remaining bulk silicon layer between the two layers is about 450 μm, which is not shown in the picture
