Effect of unmodified and modified nanosilica on cell proliferation. The proliferation of RAW 264.7 cells after incubation with nSP70 (circle), nSP70-N (square), or nSP70-C (triangle) for 24 h was evaluated using the 3H-thymidine incorporation assay. The percentage increase in cell proliferation was calculated relative to the negative control. Data are presented as means ± SD.
