A1 LPO of SH-SY5Y cells in response to MNP-PEI, A2 LPO of RAW 246.7 cells in response to MNP-PEI, B1 LPO of SH-SY5Y cells in response to MNP-PEI-PEG and B2 LPO of RAW 246.7 cells in response to MNP-PEI-PEG. LPO values were calculated and expressed as nanomoles of MDA per milligram of cellular protein. (n = 3 ± SE.). Asterisk denotes significant increase compared to control cells (p, 0.05).
