Φrt is an estimate of the barrier height derived from the photo-emf spectral measurements at 300 K with and without a Si filter; Φ0, Φ1, and Φ2 are barrier heights estimated from the photo-emf spectral response at 80 K (solid lines show line fits, and dotted ones set 95% confidence bands).
