In vitro evaluation of the DC-mediated anti-tumor immune response. DCs were treated with saline, GO, Ag, or GO-Ag. Treated DCs were mixed with PBMCs, which in turn were mixed with the target cells (T98G human glioma cell line) to elicit immune response.
