Effects of C60 derivatives on B cell responses. C60-P, C60(OH)36, or N-acetylcysteine (NAC) was added to purified B cells 30 min before the addition of IL-4 and anti-CD40. After incubation of the cells for 10 days, the amount of total IgE in the supernatants was measured by ELISA.
