Effects of C60-P on T cell-independent antibody responses in vivo. C57BL/6 mice were treated weekly with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (30 μg/mouse) or NP49-Ficoll (50 μg/mouse) alone or with a mixture of C60-P at varying dose rates and LPS or NP49-Ficoll by intraperitoneal injection. Seven days after the second treatment, plasma was collected. Levels of LPS-specific (a) or NP-specific (b) IgM and IgG3 were evaluated by ELISA. Data are means ± SEMs (n = 5). *P < 0.05 vs. LPS or NP49-Ficoll alone group
