The AgNP and Ag-GO nanoplatforms decreased the release level of IL-8 (dots: E5, F5). Both the GO and Ag-GO nanoplatforms decreased the synthesis of GM-CSF (dots: G5, H5). Additionally, the GO and Ag-GO nanoplatforms led to the increased synthesis of TNF-β (dots: A9, B9). The AgNP, GO and Ag-GO nanoplatforms decreased the release level of IL-6 (dots: E8, F8).
